Logistics Manager

A global food manufacturing business are looking for a Logistics Manager to cover multiple sites within the North of England

Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Logistics this role will involve the following key responsibilities

• Successful management of the logistics team ensuring key KPIs of OTIF and customer service are achieved

• Responsible for fleet records and compliance documentation

• Accountable for the transport budget, providing accurate reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

• Effective management of performance both positive and negative

The Person: We are looking for an experienced logistics professional who has multisite experience in an FMCG environment. Key skills and attributes are:

• Experience in food manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of effective logistics management

• Proven experience in a multisite environment at a senior level

• Proactive approach to problem solving

• CPC qualification desirable
