A leading distribution business based in Wigan are looking for a full time sales office administrator to join their team. The team are responsible for the accurate processing of all sales orders and dealing with phone calls into the team.
Key Accountabilities
* Processing all sales orders
* Dealing with phone calls – both customers placing orders and enquiries
* Monitoring the sales inbox
* Monitoring back order and stock availability
* Working closely with transport and warehouse
* Resolving customers questions
* Maintaining high levels of customer service
Personal Profile
* Ability to multi task
* Good attention to detail
* Good team player
* Good telephone manner
* Computer literate including Microsoft office suite
Experience in a similar role is essential
