Due to the continued growth of our client we are recruiting for a Transport Consultant to join our friendly, professional and established team.
This role would suit an individual who has had some health and safety experience either inhouse or consultancy or covered areas of health and safety within a the Transport sector.

Technical:
* You will be passionate about Transport and health & safety and be an expert in your field. Ideally you will have a Transport Industry background (or like industry)
* You will stay up to date with current health and safety legislation and requirements, escalating and changes where needed and incorporating such changes into your ways of working.
* You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate yourself both verbally and in writing to ensure that key information is provided and understood as required.
* You will actively champion the benefits that effective health and safety management can have to individuals as well as businesses of all sizes. This includes upselling products and services to new and existing clients which will benefit their business.
* You will work strategically to ensure the services you provide are both fit for purpose as well as cost effective. You will look to identify new products or services (including training opportunities) based on client demand and escalate to Directors.
* You will manage your diary to ensure you provided the necessary level of service and visits to your clients. You will work on the basis of an equal split between office/administration along with training and consulting.
* You will manage administration in an organised and efficient way including the completion and storage of safety documentation. You will complete monthly KPI reports, preparing data for monthly team meetings. KPI data includes but is not limited to, client visits, complaints, new clients, upselling and client satisfaction.
* You will escalate any significant potential risk to either yourself, a client or third party to a senior member of management immediately.
You will actively engage in keeping your CPD (Continuous Personal Development) log up to date.
Essential Transport Qualifications:
International Operator CPC Qualification
Transport Management Experience
Worked and implemented FORS
The below experience is 'preferable' however at Flagship our vision is to provide the very best support to our clients, therefore the right person will align with our core values
Preferable H & S Experience:
Nebosh Diploma (or equivalent) (NCRQ Diploma) L6 (May consider NEBOSH Gen Cert or Equivalent, this is the L3 Qual)
ISO Auditor quals 9001/14001/45001 or experience
H&S Advisor or over experience or Site Manager with H&S Responsibility
